Jane Austen house, Light & Shadow- 2022

This is an installation inspired by changes in light and shadow. I was thinking about how to incorporate the effects of light and shadow into the expression of my work. So, I hollowed out parts of the work to allow the light to pass through and create a change of light and shadow. As time passes and light changes, the shadows affected by it change over time. The reason why I wanted to use light and shadow in my work is that when I saw the change as if my work is alive.

This was the first time I have participated in an open exhibition in the UK. Although it was a course exhibition, it is a very precious and novel experience, from the site survey to the creation and setting up of the work.
